yesterday Ian woke up early and had been crying all morning and kept covering his ears with his hands, so i called the doctor, thinking he must have an ear infection. they couldn't get him in til 5pm(!) and he hadn't been able to sleep at all, but he was sooo tired! finally i remembered his baby swing and thought that would be best b/c of the incline, and it's worked great! fell asleep almost instantly! he slept for over an hour and woke up feeling a little better, but still whiny.
Ian's acting totally different this morning, happy even! we got to see the doctor, although we were in there about two hours. i am very glad we got in the same day though! then it took a long time to get the prescription filled at Target, but i'm so glad we went to Target, b/c at least i could browse the store while waiting and they gave Ian a lollipop, which definitely made it easier for him to wait, lol. :D
