we all went to see "How to Train Your Dragon" in 3-D. the boys enjoyed it immensely and so did we. i might've even had more fun than the boys! it was Joel's and my first 3-D movie and both boys' first movie experience all together, except when Zeke was months old. the boys loved the glasses too!
Zeke even compared it to "Cars"! first saying that "How to Train Your Dragon" was better, then ended up saying it was the same better, that they were both the same better, LOL! i kept trying to tell him that meant they were both the best, but he didn't care to use that terminology, lol.i'd had friends tell me they'd liked it and it was a good one for little kids as well as adults. it was really, really fun!
i prepared them ahead of time with what to expect, like how it'd be really loud and Zeke wanted to know why, so i told him it's loud so everyone can hear it, hehe. i also told them we'd make sure to pee before it started, maybe even two times, and that we can't pause it b/c it's not on our dvd player. Zeke thought that was weird, heh. these kids in the digital age...
they ended up not having to leave at all during the movie, no problems at all :) Ian was just a little loud and didn't want to whisper, but that was it. Zeke kept remarking about how things were popping out! b/c it was 3-D. it was pretty darn fun even just to watch them experience it!
so excited to do it again sometime. i'd like to go for the "Toy Story" one that's supposed to come out soon.
